Hey Guys. My name is Marc. Welcome to FitnessForTheWorld.com.

I am delighted that you have made it so far. In case you are new here, this article will give you a short overview of what this site is all about including its future goals.

If you are interested in the personal reasons for why I ended up starting this site, please check out the about page.

Who We Are

“A place where people interested in improving their body and health can find useful information, advice, insights, resources, and inspiration for building a great physique as well as mental strength through intelligent training and optimal nutrition.”

Knowledge about fitness and nutrition is a little mess, especially if it comes to big corporations. Contradictive dietary recommendation and training advice can be found easily everywhere. FitnessForTheWorld.com is a brand new site with the goal of becoming the “Gold Standard” for fitness advice. Our goal is to provide accurate, clear, and straightforward recommendations that will help you to achieve your goals.

What We Do

We will provide quality information about the following areas:

  • Strength Training: Resistance training has a profound positive effect on most areas of our life. It will increase your energy and can dramatically boost your confidence in everyday life. You will not only look better and healthier, but people will look up to you and ask you for training advice. There is also a high likelihood you will live longer and happier. Once you have started, you will realize that a regular workout schedule is one of the most satisfying things you can do in life.
  • Nutrition & Health: I sincerely encourage anyone to acquire a basic understanding of nutrition. Diet plays a significant role in our lives and is of fundamental importance, not only for strength training and transforming our physique, but overall health. No matter your goal, whether it is building lean muscle mass, losing fat, improving your skin or anything else, without proper nutrition you will likely not achieve your goal. You are what you eat.
  • Motivation: What comes first, progress or motivation? I argue that those things go hand in hand. Progress will result in high motivation and motivation will help you to progress towards your goals. It is essential though to establish routines in our increasingly distracting world. Routines will eliminate unnecessary decisions and help us to stay focused on the things that are relevant. Routines will lead to consistent progress towards our goals, which will trigger positive emotions that motivate us again in return.

The Future

  • Articles: The number of articles will gradually increase. Ideas for specific topics are more than welcome.
  • Newsletter: Improving the newsletter with training tips and a motivational series for e-mail subscribers.
  • YouTube: Obviously, after satisfactory progress at the blog itself a complementary YouTube channel is a no brainer.
  • Private Online Coaching about shaping your body the way you like with concrete instructions and motivational follow up. The idea is to make sure that you stay on track because consistency is the key to success.
  • E-Book: A little more distant, but a complete e-book about strength training and nutrition will come as well.
